Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Aigentdoc, including the website, demos, generated outputs, and related services.
Effective date: 5 January 2025
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Aigentdoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or service.
Use of the service
You may use Aigentdoc only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the content, files, and information you submit are accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide them for processing.
Accounts and access
If access to certain features requires an account, invitation, or commercial agreement, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your access. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
Intellectual property
Aigentdoc and its related software, branding, interface, workflows, and content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service or its underlying technology.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit to the service. You grant Aigentdoc the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, and generate outputs from that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the service and fulfilling your requests.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis except as otherwise set out in a separate written agreement. While we aim to provide reliable outputs, you remain responsible for reviewing generated documents before using, sharing, or relying on them in legal, commercial, regulatory, or operational contexts.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigentdoc and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe these terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued access could harm the platform, our users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date below. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
